M1.2.11 - Speed file patch for xc4000xl and xc4000ex


Problem Description:
A speed file patch is available containing all updates
to xc4000xl and xc4000ex devices since the shipment of
M1.2.11.



Solution 1:

Changes include:


7-10-97 New 3.6d speed files. The 4010XL, 4044XL and 4052XL
numbers are now Preliminary for speed grades -1, -2 and -3.
All ten XL family members now have that designation.  Also fixes bug 18635, 1839
5 and 18573 which have to do with
a compatibility problem between ngdanno and previous speed
file patches dealing with RAMs.
