Problem Description:
A patch is available for the M1.2.11 mapper that addresses
the following issues:

  Fixes bug 16782 having to do with map fatal error:
  FATAL_ERROR:basnc:basncsignal.c:253:1.58 - Could not find
  a bel for a signal on pin C3 of comp PCI_LC_I/NS_STOP-.

  Fixes bug 16806 having to do with map fatal error:
  FATAL_ERROR:x4kma:x4kmabel.c:1158:1.37 - Illegal carry
  mode or pin index detected in getbelsconntosig for CLB:
  rxdma_U1/cpu_intf_U1/lt_206/u6/S0

  Fixes bug 16839 having to do with core dump while writing
  output files.

  Fixes bug 16989 having to do with
  FATAL_ERROR:basbd:basbdbool.c:1200:1.4 - Call to substitute
  function for a signal that is not in support of this
  function.

  Fixes bug 16314 having to do with Fatal Error
  x4kma x4kmafpack.c 555 1.27 - Bad argument passed to
  swaphinputs (pin1 is H1) for CLB XXX.

  Fixes bug 17095 having to do with "Errors found during
  F/HMAP packing." during guided mapping.

  Fixes  bug 16149 having to do with segmentation fault during
  map.

  Fixes bug 17954 having to do with map not handling WORANDS
  correctly if one input is grounded.

  Fixes bug 18027 having to do with map crashing with system
  error.

  Fixes bug 18251 having to do with map fatal error:
  FATAL_ERROR:basnc:basncsignal.c:253:1.58 - Could not find a
  bel for a signal on pin YQ of comp MA_u31_q_an2_lat1.

  Fixes bug 18292 having to do with map dropping inversion on
  RAM clock.

  Fixes bugs 17546, 17878 and 18155 having to do with failing
  with fatal error, FATAL_ERROR:baste:bastetspec.c:2306:1.64 -
  NET OFFSET 'devsel_l OUT : 5000.000000 pS : BEFORE : bus_clk'
  has no data IOBCOMP.

  Fixes bug 16148 having to do with map fatal error:
  FATAL_ERROR:baste:bastecomp.c:499:1.54 - Moving BEL from ...
