Problem Title:
Design Manager: The difference between "Version" and "Revision"

Problem Description:
Keyword: design, ver, ref, version, revision

Urgency: Standard

General Description:
When a design is brought to design manager, a new "version"
and/or "revision" can be created. What is the different between "ver#"
and "rev#" ?

Solution 1:

The easiest way to differentiate between version and revision is by
refering them as "design version" and "implementation
revision".

After you created your design using tools such as schematic
editors, behavioral equation editors, and Hardware Description
Language(HDL) editors; the Design Manager reads in the design
(XNF or EDIF file) and creates a "design version" in the Design
Manager project view.

Each time you change the logic of your design, you must create
a new design version in the Design Manager; otherwise, the old version
that you select will be used.

For each version, you can create multiple implementation
"revisions". For each "revision", you can target a different
device and choose different processing strategies.
For example, you can maximize speed and density in your design
by controlling the implementation settings.
Each implementation revision will contain the data files and
reports that are created based on a specific set of
implementation strategies. You can delete implementation
revisions that are no longer useful.
