The M1.3 Mapper does not report its version number in the
.MRP report file that it writes out.


Solution 1:

Since Map reports its version to standard output when it
runs, you can redirect the output directly to a file as
a workaround if you wish to have this information saved.

Sample command line:

     map <design> > design.map_report
</input>
