GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
If the UCF file is modified mid way through the flow
(ie. stopped at MAP) the flow engine does not restart
the flow or give a message that the flow should be restarted.


Solution 1:

In order to incorporate these changes the design must
be processed through the translate step.
