General Description:

Map may reduce EQNs in a design to a constant value without
also trimming out the associated logic that the EQN sources.
This results in dangling logic.

Solution 1:

If you are using a synthesis tool that generates FMAPs and
EQNs, turn off the FMAP and EQN generation, if possible.

This bug is scheduled to be fixed in the M1.4 release.
