General Description:

If two TIMESPECs are entered into the UCF or schematic tool
with the same TS identifier (for example, "TS03"), then MAP
will report that a duplicate TIMESPEC has been ignored, but
will not report which one is being used.


Solution 1:


The first TIMESPEC listed in the .ucf file is the one that is
used, overriding an identically named TIMESPEC in the
schematic, and its duplicate in the .ucf file.

If you are not certain, look in the .pcf file to see which
TIMESPEC is being used.
