General Description:

If MAP gives the following error:

<OUTPUT>
ERROR:0 - BLKNM parameter not supported on WAND symbol
</OUTPUT>

The real problem here is that MAP does not support BLKNM for
WANDs which have a DECODE attribute attached.  WANDs
which do not have a DECODE property can support BLKNM.


Solution 1:

Remove either the BLKNM or DECODE attribute from the WAND.
