General Description:

Xact-M1 no longer recognizes a sourceless net labelled vcc as
a special net name.  This was allowed by the older versions,
but was not a design practice and is not a valid schematic
entry process.

Vcc nets should be connected to the "vcc" library element and
not left as sourceless nets labeled vcc.
