General Description:
You specified configurations in CONFIG symbol, but design
manager either can not read it or doesn't give you the option
to read the configurations.


Solution 1:

Design manager(the GUI) can not read anything specified in the
CONFIG symbol. For example, it does not take the parttype.
You need to enter the parttype manually by selecting
design->implement-> Part Select...

If you use the Unix command line tools (NGDBUILD, etc.) they
have no problems reading this.
