General Description:
You click on the Design Editor icon and Epic never comes up.

General Description:
You click on the icon in the toolbox you get a dialog saying that
the tool is already running although it is not.

If the tool experiences a segmentation fault or Operating System level
error, then it may exit before it can notify the Design Manager.



Solution 1:

If the tools were started from a command line (dsgnmgr), check the
command line window for the error messages to determine the root cause.
