NGDBUILD skips other constraints in .ucf after finding an invalid one

General Description:

In the .ucf file, if there is a constraint with the correct constraint name but
an invalid parameter, ngdbuild will report
the error for the first constraint and ignore subsuquent ones.	This could be a
problem if the user ignores the reported error but expects the remaining constra
ints to be valid.


Solution 1:

Comment out constraints causing errors if you wish to continue without fixing th
em.
