Problem Description:
PAR may crash using -p switch (no placement) on partially
placed design. This operation can result in core
dump failure.

Solution 1:

Disabling placement on a partially placed design has
questionable usefullness and should be avoided in the
M1.3 release. This problem has been fixed for the M1.4
release.
