Problem Description:
FATAL_ERROR:basna:basnaphysmodel.c:721:1.21 - Unable to resolve
programmable delay property PROGINTDELAY = RAM:32X1;T_TRAMCPD32-T_TRAMWECPD32. P
rocess will terminate.

This error and similar errors were introduced when speed
file patches were released that were incompatible with ngdanno.

Solution 1:

The speed file patch released on 7-10-97 includes a data
file that corrects the compatibility problem. It is available
on the FTP site at:
