Approximately 5 seconds (or less) after hitting "Implement" within the M1
Design Manager/Flow Engine, the following error occurs in NGDBUILD:

Reading ngo file <path_to_.ngo>
Reading components for design expansion
FATAL ERROR BASUT: cname.c:102:1.6 reference count overflow
Process will terminate

This error is independent of input file type or target architecture.


Solution 1:

The solution is to re-install the software.

When re-installing, check that the libraries which have been unselected in
the "Select Software Components to Install" window do not appear in the
"Start Copying Files" window.

If this is not the case, use the "<Back" button to go and re-deselect the librar
ies in the "Select Software Components to Install" window.
