CONFIGURATION IN EXPRESS MODE IS NOT SUPPORTED IN THE 4000EX/XL FAMILY


Problem Description:
Configuration in express mode is not supported in the
4000EX/XL family.


Solution 1:

As a workaround, users who are planning to use this
configuration mode can easily migrate to peripheral synchronous
configuration. Changes on the mode pins and a configuration
clock with different characteristics are required to migrate to
peripheral synchronous mode. For more details refer to
Configuration Section in the Programmable Data Book.
