General Description:
The subprograms HDLCONFIG, VAN, and SIR2EDF that are called by
the Concept2xil and Xil2CDS netlisters all use a CONCEPT
license.  What this means is that if you have the Concept
schematic editor running, and you try to run CONCEPT2XIL or
XIL2CDS at the same time, those programs will need to
grab another Concept license.


Solution 1:

If you are out of licenses when trying to run CONCEPT2XIL or
XIL2CDS, quit the Concept editor to free up a license so that
the netlister can run
