Problem Description:
An M1.3.7 patch file is available for SunOS, Solaris, HP and NT
with 36 fixes as of 12-8-97:

NOTE: There are seven changes since the Performance Pack CD.

Fixes bug 18267 having to do with map pushing an inverter into
a closed FMAP.

Fixes bug 18524 having to do with map configuring CLB
incorrectly. H-lut was driving Y flop rather than G-lut.

Fixes bug 18989 having to do with :
FATAL_ERROR:baste:bastetspec.c:946:1.64
No NC_SIGNAL for TECHMAP_SIG on BEL    U103/OrTree0 Process
will terminate.

Fixes bug 19003 having to do with map seg fault on a
particular case.

Fixes bug 18436 having to do with map page faulting,
only when run from dsgnmgr on a particular case.

Fixes bug 18506 having to do with map trimming too much from
coregen multiplier RPM.

Fixes bug 18603 having to do with:

Fixes bug 18627 having to do with map incorrectly configuring
a CIN net.
