Chipviewer is an experimental software tool that allows a user
to assign logic to specific macrocells (MCs) and function (FBs)

The CPLD ChipViewer prototype is available on the Xilinx Web site
or FTP site.  Go to:

There you will find the file "fp.exe".	This file is a self-extracting
WinNT/Win95 executable which will install all the necessary files and
environments.
