Solution 1:

The Teradyne Board Test System performs ISP as an integrated
part of the manufacturing test process.  To integrate ISP of
the XC9500 into the Z1800 system test flow, a user will need:

1)  A Teradyne Z1800 tester with a Digital Functional Processor
    board and F1 software.
2)  The EZTag software.
3)  The Z1800 Support Package, available from the Xilinx Web site.

The z1800 Support Package contains Teradyne's SVFP translator,
C source files, and software libraries.  You will need a C
compiler capable of producing a 16bit DOS executable for your
Z1800 ATE. The PCs provided with the Teradyne Board Test
Systems support the Microsoft Visual C++ and Borland Turbo C++
version 3.0 compilers.
