Solution 1:

In the Timing Analyzer, open the console window from the View menu.
You can see all the text versions of the commands you execute.
Setup your filters.  Copy the text from the Console window to a macro
window and save the macro.   You can then run the macro when you open
the TA again and it will automatically set your filters as before.
