These are the maximum Icc's to use as a general rule for each package
type and apply to any XC9500 device in a particular package. These
numbers are calculated based on a maximum device operating temperature
of 160C and an ambient temperature of 75C. Both these numbers are
maximums and should not be exceeded. If the system environment is
cooler than 75C, the max Icc would be greater in that case. At 25C
ambient for example, these numbers may go up by as much as 50%.
