General Description:

If you change the Place & Route Effort Level via its slider setting in the
Place & Route TAB of the Edit Implementation Template, go to another TAB
in the same template and then come back to the Place & Route TAB once again,
you will find that your Effort Level setting has reverted back to its
the default value.



Solution 1:

This is a bug within Design Manager(ver 1.4)

Whenever the Place & Route TAB is entered, the settings of the Place &
Route Effort Level slider are reset to whatever the value was when
the Edit Template was first entered into.

Workarounds:

1. Immediately after changing the value in the Place & Route TAB, click
   on OK.  The correct value will now be saved.

2. After having made modifications to the Place & Route TAB, do not
   return to it again.	Go to other TABs without coming back to the
   Place & Route TAB, then select the OK button.

This issue has been fixed for the next release.
