Solution 1:

HardWire 1 family speed file is availabe on the FTP site at
ftp://ftp.xilinx.com/pub/swhelp/speed_files/hw_spd98.zip

The Hardwire 1 family speed file emulates the "fast" case Hardwire speed.

Hardwire 2 and Hardwire 3 speed files are not available. There are no current pl
ans to deliver a speed file for these Hardwire families.

HardWire as a whole gurantees to run as fast or faster than the used FPGA speed
grade.	Basically, the HardWire "Peace-of-Mind" guarantee states that Xilinx gua
rantees the initial prototypes will provide the same functionality in the custom
er's system as an FPGA.  If the prototypes fail, Xilinx will ship FPGAs at a dis
count and correct the HardWire design.

This specifies at worst case, that the Hardwire will run at the same rating as t
hat of an FPGA. So, the speed files that is used for FPGA analysis stands for Ha
rdWire analysis.
