General Description:
MAP errors out if the value for the 'Pack I/O Registers/Latches into
IOBs for:' option in the Map Options box of the XC5200 Implementation
Template's Optimize & Map TAB is anything other than OFF.




Solution 1:

This option is invalid for the XC5200 devices and MAP will error
out if any other value is selected. Turn this option off and rerun
MAP.
