General Description:  When selecting a device family from
Logiblox, the XC4000XL family is missing.


Solution 1:

Since the XC4000EX family have the same architecture as the
XC4000XL family, select the XC4000EX family to target a XC4000XL device with Log
iblox.

Note: The XC4000XL will be listed in the device families for
      M1.4
