While using WVO 7.2 or 7.3 on WinNT4.0 and M1.3, a Fatal
Exception may be encountered during implementation.  The
error message from Dr Watson is:
dsgnmgr.exe
  Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x73726576

Followed by a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" dialog
stating:

  Runtime Error!
  Program: D:\xilinx\bin\nt\floweng.exe
  abnormal program termination

When shutdown is attempted, the system allows the option, but
never fully shuts down.


Solution 1:

There appears to be a memory management issue with WVO.
To eliminate the system freezes, reboot the system after
using WVO, before running M1.  This should correct the memory
and resolve the problem.  This is required each time WVO is
used.
