Problem Title:
DRC needs to check for the shared EC/O wire used with ECMUX:0
Problem Description:
The IOB EC pin shares its' connectivity with the O pin mux. If
the ECMUX is configured as ECMUX:0, then the O pin can not use
the shared part of the external pin routing. This is because the
0 is actually fed in through this resource.
Solution 1:
A DRC patch is available to add a check for conflicting EC/O wire
configuration. This fix is available on the M1.3 Performance Pack
CD and is also bundled into the latest map patch available on the
FTP site:
