Problem Description:
FATAL_ERROR:x4kma:x4kmamerge.c:1879:1.145 - CIN signal is not on input
pin of F or G LUT of u7_ttc43_40/counter4/FLOP1. Illegal attempt to merge
with carry comp u7_ttc39_32/carry8. Process will terminate.





Solution 1:

A fix for this fatal error is included in the current M1.4 Core
