	Correction: BOTH PACKAGES HAVE 4 ROWS OF PINS ON EACH SIDE



Solution 2:

The pin order on the BOTTOM VIEW is out of order between pins 19 and 30.

The pins should be numbered in descending order left to right as shown below.
