Solution 1:

The current versions of the Xilinx Software Solutions have no
known problems related to Year 2000 compliance.  Xilinx will
certify Year 2000 compliance in our version 1.5 software
scheduled for release in the summer of 1998.  All customers
who are "in warranty" (i.e., under maintenance) will automatically
receive this upgrade.
