Problem Description:
ERROR:basut:162 - This Xilinx application has run out of memory or has encounter
ed a memory conflict.

A design with >66K logic symbols runs out of memory in
M1.4 map. The problem was found to be that map is overrunning
an array index which is limited to 65,536.




Solution 1:

A design of this size will over-map in all currently
available devices, however a patch is going to be made
available so that map successfully complete in an over-mapped
state.
