Problem Description:
The xc3000 and xc5200 routers will incorrectly use route-thrus
in unused bonded pads. A patch is available for M1.4.


Solution 1:

A fix for this routing error is included in the current M1.4 Core
Applications patch available from the Xilinx Download Area:
