When running map using M1.3/M1.4 even with M1.4 core patch installed, you may ge
t following error:

FATAL_ERROR:baste:bastetspec.c:908:1.69 - No pins of NC_SIGNAL U3/N1304 belong
   to NC_BEL U3/N1126 Process will terminate.  Please call Xilinx support.

This error is causd if you have specified TPSYNC or TNM attributes that contains
 loadless signals.


Solution 1:

A fix for this fatal error is included in the current M1.4 Core
