General Description:
COREGen v1.4.x and v1.5x use several Viewlogic executables
--one for symbol generation (VHDL2SYM), and functional
simulation netlist generation (EDIFNETI).

These executables are invoked by a batch file called
VLLINK.BAT on Win95 and Windows NT, and by a script called
VLLINK on UNIX platforms.

This solution documents the Viewlogic license features required for the followin
g Viewlogic executables: EDIFNETI,
EDIFNETO, and VHDL2SYM.


Solution 1:

EDIFNETO and EDIFNETI are licensed by the EDIF_NetlistWriter
and EDIF_NetlistReader license features, respectively.

VHDL2SYM is licensed by the GRAFLIB license feature.
Since the GRAFLIB license feature is supplied with ALL
Viewlogic products, any Viewlogic user should be able to run
VHDL2SYM.
