Problem Title:
M1.4 Ngdanno - Ngdanno fix to allow back annotation to logical model
forcase not covered.



Problem Description:
ngdanno traces local feedback on non-trivial CLB configurations.    It is import
ant that ngdanno NOT consider the local feedback paths as it generates its syste
m of linear equations for the logical annotation.  Otherwise, the added complexi
ty (and duality) of paths (equations) will cause anno to fail logical annotation
s.  Subsequently, anno generates a physical annotations which often time leads t
o the user losing hierarcy.



Solution 1:

A fix for this error is included in the current M1.4 Core
Applications patch available from the Xilinx Download Area:
