Urgency: Standard

This problem may be seen while running FPGA Express 2.0 on older versions of
Windows 95: From the Express GUI, selecting the Synthesis->Options pulldown

This issue is primarily seen on pre-OSR2 versions of Windows 95. You can
confirm the version used by entering an MS-DOS session for Windows 95 and
typing VER.

Older Windows 95 versions will return: 4.00.950

Solution 1:

This issue can be solved by installing Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0.
You do no actually have to use this software to fix the problem.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/ie/ie40Internet Link/ to install Internet Explorer 4.0.

Installing Windows 95 Service Packs will unfortunately NOT solve this issue.
