Problem Title:
M1.4/Design Manager/template Manager: Customized options not added to
template.



Problem Description:
On all platforms on M1.4 only, if you create a template with Utilities =>Templat
e Manager => Customize, then add your own program commands and options , the
custom settings will not be included when implement is run.


Solution 1:

A fix for this problem is included in the current M1.4 Core
Applications patch available from the Xilinx Download Area:
