Solution 1:

XCHECKER (DLC4):

See (Xilinx Solution 1095) regarding using the XCHECKER cable
to program 9500 CPLD's



Solution 2:

Parallel Cable (DLC5)

This cable is the JTAG cable.  All JTAG pins are available on
this cable, and will work when VCCio is either 3V or 5V.

The Parallel Cable will accept either 3V or 5V as a power
supply.  All JTAG pins are labeled on the Parallel Cable.
