Problem Title:
FPGA Express v2.x (Foundation & Alliance): How to install FPGA Express
v2.x for use on a PC network

Problem Description:
Keywords: FPGA Express, Alliance Express, Foundation Express, 2.0, 2.0.1,
2.0.2, 2.0.3, PC, network, install

Urgency: Standard

General Description:
It is possible to install FPGA Express (Foundation or Alliance) for use on a
PC network. To install FPGA Expres for PC network operation, the FPGA Express
software must be installed from each PC that will use FPGA Express. FPGA
Express is a Windows 95/NT program which uses the Windows 95/NT registry.
Each PC that uses FPGA Express on a PC network must have the same registry
settings.

Solution 1:

(1) Run the FPGA Express installation software on a PC that will use FPGA
Express from the network.

(2) When the FPGA Express install software prompts for the installation path,
the path specified must be a network drive.

(3) Repeat steps (1) through (2) for every PC that will use FPGA Express from
the network. The important procedure is to install to the same network drive
location each and every time.

Note, since this is a network installation, the LM_LICENSE_FILE variable must
be set to a port@hostname, instead of a path.
