General Description:
Errors may be seen if you try to view spec sheets in Acrobat
v2.1 from COREGen.

COREGen v1.4.0 supports Acrobat v3.0 or above only.  With some
earlier versions of Acrobat, files with names longer than 8
characters cannot be loaded.  This appears to be a problem
mainly with Acrobat v2.1.


Solution 1:


Upgrade your Acrobat reader to v3.0 or later.  You may either
install the version of Acrobat shipped with COREGen v1.4.0,
or install the latest version of Acrobat from the Adobe web site:

   http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html

If you do not have web access, you can install the version
of Acrobat that is supplied with v1.4.0 of the CORE Generator
software (v3.0).  The location of the archives are located n


    /cdrom/vendor/acrobat

To install on Solaris, use either

  acroread_solaris_301_tar.Z	or
  acroread_solaris_301_tar.gz

For Windows platforms, use:

  ar32e301.exe
