Problem Description:
In order to support the Early Access release of the floorplanner the following A
CD files must be updated:
xc4000.acd, xc4000e.acd, xc4500e.acd




Solution 1:

This floorplanner patch file adds a floopplanner specific
fix to the existing fixes available in Core Tools Patch #8.
This file will be obsoleted by Core Tools Patch #9.
