DESCRIPTION: If the data protection (DP) options is selected when creating an SV
F file, EZtag will return a message similar to the following:
*** SVF GENERATION MODE ***
Loading BSDL file '.\data\xc9536.bsd'.....completed successfully.
'0542001B1': Checking boundary-scan chain integrity...done.
'0542001B1': Putting device in ISP mode...done.
'0542001B1': Erasing device....done.
'0542001B1': Processing JEDEC file...done.
'0542001B1': Programming device....done.
'0542001B1': Setting data protection....FATAL INTERNAL ERROR:
condition 'location < verify.index' at line '3213' in file
'epldjtag.c'.
Please contact Xilinx with this internal error
information for assistance.
Solution 1:
This feature is not supported in SVF mode in V6.X of the EZTag software, even th
ough the option is included. It is however, supprted in the XACT-M1 software. (A
lso see soln# 2338 which describes the data security switch/option.)
