Problem Title:
M1.4 PAR - Nodes list for Turns Engine doesn't accept special characters


Problem Description:
When trying to use the Turns Engine (-n x and -m nodes_file) it
does not parse the following special characters in machine
names.

For example:

pile-31   -> Par reports it is trying to connect to pile
mt_hood   -> Par reports it is trying to connect to mt



Solution 1:

This problem is fixed in the latest M1.4 Core Tools Update
available on the Xilinx Download Area:
