General Description:
Leonardo/Galileo is creating the wrong logic for my 4K D Latch.
Symptom: Leonardo/Galileo treat Xilinx dlatch (DLAT) as active-
low enable instead of active-high enable.
The bug needs all three conditions to happen.
1. Software versions: Leonardo 4.13
or Galileo Extreme 4.11
2. Libraries: XC4000, XC4000A, XI4000H
XC4000E, XC4000EX, XC4000L, XC4000XL
3. Output format: xnf
Solution 1:
Fix/workaround: do one of the following:
1. Use edif format for output netlists.
2. Down load the updated libraries from Exemplar ftp site
(ftp.exemplar.com) in directory /pub/patches/libraries/4.1.
