A case has been seen where map fails with the error:

FATAL_ERROR:baste:bastetspec.c:908:1.69 - No pins of NC_SIGNAL
PBI_IRQ_N belong to NC_BEL PBI_IRQ_N.OUTFF Process will
terminate.  Please call Xilinx support.

A patch is available for this problem.



Solution 1:

This problem is fixed in the latest M1.4 Core Tools Update
available on the Xilinx Download Area:
