Problem Description:
A case has been seen where Map fails with the error:

FATAL_ERROR:baste:bastetspec.c:982:1.69.14.2 - NC_BEL ECL_IN_2BIT is not connect
ed to NC_SIGNAL ECL_IN_2BIT Process will terminate.

A patch has been made available.


Solution 1:

This problem is fixed in the latest M1.4 Core Tools Update
available on the Xilinx Download Area:
