The resolution is to place a PRIORITY on the FROM:THRU:TO

Example:

TIMESPEC TS01=FROM:FFS:THRU:ABC:TO:FFS:20:PRIORITY:1;

This will cause TRCE to analyze this above all other FROM:TO timespecs in the de
sign.
