1) The D/T Transform implementation option is enabled and the D-flop form uses t
he same of fewer p-terms.
2) Whenever the D/T Transform implementation option is disabled.


Solution 1:

For best density, always leave the D/T Transform implementation option enabled a
nd let the fitter choose between D-flop and T-flop form.
