General Description:
When targeting 9500/XL devices with unbonded pins (such as pins 2 and 7 in 9572T
Q100) the unbonded pins should be marked with "NC" in Pin Out section of the Fit
ter report. Instead, they are marked as "TIE" (if the Create Programmable Ground
 Pins implementation option is disabled) or as "PGND" (if the Create Programmabl
e Ground Pins implementation option is enabled) .


Solution 1:

The pins listed as "No Connects" in the device data sheets may be left unconnect
ed.
